Singer Adekunle Gold and his musician wife, Simi, on Monday, celebrated their daughter’s second birthday, Adejare.The two of them went to their social media platforms to text their daughter from the heart.
On her Instagram page, Simi described Adejare as “her most precious gift,” as she also showered prayers at the celebration.
Simi wrote, “My child. My twin. He is a miracle. You are all I have prayed for and much more. If I start to mention now, it will turn into pride. But I do not like you because of how clever you are.
“I love you because you are the light of my life. I am proud to be your mother. He is my greatest, most precious gift.
“Your life and future are in the hands of Almighty God as you have been since your pregnancy. So you can’t fail. You cannot suffer. You will succeed. You will succeed. You will be very bright all the days of your long, fruitful life.
“You will be as strong as you are kind. Darkness scares you and avoids you because the light of God will come out of you and your spirit.

Adekunle Gold, on his Facebook page, wrote, “My baby is two years old today and I am very sad! Watching the weeds be fun and amazing. You are so smart sometimes I wonder how you could possibly know things you know.
“He has come into our lives and changed them completely! I am so happy for you in my world. I love you so much and there is nothing I can do for you Dej.

The couple got married on January 9, 2019, and adopted their daughter in year 2020
