The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has released the names of the best students who sat for the 2022 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination ( UTME).
Prof Is–haq Oloyede, JAMB Registrar said an indigene of Ekiti, Adebayo Eyimofe, scored the highest mark with 362 points.
Oloyede said Adebayo was closely followed by Ugwu Chikelu, an indigene of Enugu State with a score of 359.
The duo wrote the examination in one of the computer-based test centres in Abuja.
Other high scores include Igbalaye Ebunoluwa 357; Emmanuel Oluwanifemi 357; Ozumba Samuel 357; Olumide-Attah Ayomide 355; Lawal Olaoluwa 355; Until Jubril 354; Amaku Anthony 354 and Aghulor Divine 353.
Recall that the 2022 UTME started on Friday, May 6, 2022 and ended on Friday, May 13, 2022.
Over 1.7 million candidates registered and sat for the examination nationwide.
