A woman kidnapper was nabbed for allegedly abducting a girl in Ikare Akoko, the headquarters of the Akoko North East Local Government Area of Ondo State on Wednesday, July 6.
A source in the community told Punchthe suspect carried out the act when the mother of the victim was not at home.
“When the girl’s mother was not in the area, the kidnapper saw the girl, took her and put her on top of him (the kidnapper) and left,” the source said.
“While walking the neighbor of the deceased’s mother saw the act of the unknown woman and cried for the people. When she saw the people, the kidnapper started running away but was also caught. In her bag was an android phone. the source added.
Another Ismail Ololade Aisha, who shared a photo of the alleged victim, said he and the suspect had been handed over to the Oke Igbede Ikare Police Office for further investigation.
